Horrible customer service. The older man that works there I don't know if he is the owner or not, is rude and while I was talking to his employee about how I wanted light coats of regular polish he came and interrupted saying I needed shellac when I did not want shellac and then said in front of everyone: Then don't complain about it coming off! I was not complaining about it coming off, I just needed lighter coats. He is a rude person. I will never come back. His poor employees seemed scared of him.

i haven't ever had pedicure and manicure combo like this. They did awesome job!!! i've been try many nails place but in there it's relaxing with music and decorate. i'll be back

To prepare for a job interview I requested a set of sculptured nails and what I thought was a French manicure. There was more white on my nails than the natural fingernail color. I was so embarrassed about the nails that I went back and asked to have them polished. This made them look even worse. The nails did not lay naturally on my fingers and pointed up. The polish job was incomplete, therefore you could see the white (which looked like chalk) on the sides and edges. I went back and had the nails removed. I was so embarrassed about the poor service that I apologized profusely to the manicurist because he kept saying that he had been doing nails for over 20 years!
