TGI Fridays

I just left there. We say at a table upstairs for one hour and fifteen minutes waiting on our order, only to find out it was “booted” . Several other tables had been served and we still was waiting. The female manager avoided coming over to the table. Anthony tried his best to make things right. We ended up leaving because it was going to take another 20-30 minuets for the new order to be prepared. Wasted time ..... we have never had this trouble in all our times coming. But I won’t be back no time soon to that location.

Very poor experience. So not eat here. The service is terrible and the parking lot is not safe. My car was broken into while eating there.

I had a horrible experience there when I took my family out for dinner and ordered tenders and fries as I'm eating I see a long string of hair that I pull out its soooooo long that I never finished pulling it out the chicken tender. My waitress made me a new meal. That's all. The manager didn't apologize, the waitress acted like it was no biggie. Hell we even paid for all our food including the chicken with hair in it gross. Never eating at tgi in my life again!!!! Don't come here be aware of the unprofessionalism as well!!!

DON'T EVER go to this TGIF. My family went there on 08/29 for a birthday dinner for my twins. Even though I called ahead and was told by an employee that we could be put on a wait list when we arrived at 8:00 we learned that we were "misinformed". We decided to wait because we had 12 people. After waiting 1-1/2 hours we were finally shown to a table. After waiting 30 minutes we were finally brought out watery drinks. After waiting an hour we still didn't have food. When we asked to see a manager he sent out an underling. As we were walking out the door because we refused to wait any longer the manager for the night finally emerged. Was he concerned that we were having a horrible night at his restaurant, did he get me the number for his boss. The answer to both of these questions is NO. Instead he accused us of "just sitting" ourselves even though we were shown to a table by a waitress. He showed no interest in anything that we were saying and just walked off. This is the WORST service that I have ever had in my LIFE. I will never eat at another TGIF EVER.

Service was awful. I have never experience such poor service. My server had an attitude. My food was cold. My friend that I was dining with was charged for my meal, her meal, and our meal together. 3 charges.

It was horrible!! I ask my waitress could I change my Appetizer she told me NO. I thought she was just kidding but she wasn't. She said already put it in and I couldn't change it. I didn't want to fuss because my son really wanted to go here. So I said nothing. I ordered the chicken and shrimp pasta and my noodles was not done. The food just wasn't good to me. i would not go back.

TERRIBLE service. She took forever to greet our table, brought out the appetizer with the food, rarely checked on us, did not pre bus AT ALL, and once again, took forever to bring out the check. I have an hour for lunch...the terrible service made me almost an extra hour late. I understand every server is different but I heard "ma'am!" "excuse me?" left and right throughout my entire meal. I was a server for a few years and if I had given service like I just received at TGIFriday's in Lithonia, I would find a new job. Do not go here unless you have A LOT of time to kill.

My fries came out still frozen! Yes I said still frozen! I sent back with waitress and ask for regular cut fries and they came out frozen as well!

February 21 I went for my birthday..I have never been to Tgif so when this one opened up in my area I said we have to check it out. No offense but the service was bad. I didnt like the crowd it drew in, and by that im not trying to sound races because I am black myself but what I mean is it was more of the younger crowd. The restaurant was loud not peaceful. Waited FOREVVVERRR to get our food. Overall I dont think I will be back. Food was actually nasty. Just in general....not a good menu selection gross
