Vivid Salon

Very knowledgable. I have been going to Bonnie for a long time now and I am never disappointed. All of the staff members are very friendly too. Everyone should check this salon out.

It was okay. Its very expensive for the area. Pumphrey is right around the corner and color starts at 70 bucks..wow. I've had my hair done just as well at lower priced salons.

Was a loyal customer from when the girls were at Colorworks, then Hair Cuttery. Followed them when they opened Vivid....

All was great until they used a new product on my hair without testing it first, which caused major breakage and left me with little to no hair all over my scalp.



Response from them when asking for a refund? The owner said to me, and I quote, "What do you want me to do about it?" Needless to say, I am out $100 bucks, my hair has not grown back yet (it has been almost a year now), and I am no longer a customer. Maybe the complaint I made to the state and the Better Business Bureau will get some better customer service.

Thank you for a great hair cut, your staff did a great job. I wasn't sure if could get a hair cut in the 20 minutes I had left for lunch. I got a great cut by a very nice young lady. This is a great time saversince i work in the area.

I HAD NOTICED THIS NEW SALON BUT NEVER WENT THERE, TILL A FRIEND SAID I SHOULD CHECK IT OUT. I WAS IMPRESSED WHEN I WALKED IN. THE SALON IS VERY NICE LOOKING AND ALL THE GIRLS SEEMED VERY KNOWEDGABLE AND REALLY LIKE WHAT THERE WERE DOING. YOU COULD SENSE THIS WAS NOT JUST A PLACE TO GET YOUR HAIR CUT. AFTER TALKING TO MY STYLIST I REALISED I FINALLY FOUND SOME WHO COULD GET ME THE LOOK I WANTED. IT WAS TIME FOR A CHANGE. I LOVE THE COLOR AND CUT. MY STYLIST DID A GREAT JOB. SHE TOOK HER TIME AND FIXED YEARS OF REALLY BAD HAIR CARE.

I WILL AND HAVE RECOMMENDED VIVID SALON TO MY FRIENDS. THANK YOU

nice salon but overpriced for area

This salon is full of extremely intelligent stylist who really know there stuff!!! I have been searching for that perfect stylist and I finally found her at Vivid! She kept me educated on what she was doing and gave me the best haircut ever.
