I got my hair done here and it was completely streaky. It looked like I got a ton of thick highlights all over. My hair looked more natural before I went in than after. I had them redo my hair and all they did was make it worse. I now have about 3 inches of dark brown hair that does not fade well into blonde hair.

The lady who did my hair, Katie Vogt, said to me as she was doing my hair, "It's not what you know, it's who you know. I babysat the boss's kids!" Totally unprofessional and by the way she did my hair, she is not qualified to dye hair. Then, Emily Coughlin was sent in to fix it and only gave me darker and more noticeable roots.

Not only that one of the receptionists told me that these stylists have worked with celebrities in New York and when I talked to the owner she said that was not true.

On top of ALL of that... I wasn't offered a discount. DO NOT GO HERE!
