        Overall

        I'm waiting in line to drop off a pre-labeled box but I guess there's no designated FedEx packaging/shipping person. All reps (the 2 onsite) are doing copy projects. Really!? I'm sure my ice cream from the grocery store is a milkshake now. Once I was finally assisted the clerk was friendly and professional. Stop being cheap and corporate greedy FedEx! Hire more people!
