Sunrise Pediatrics

TOO BAD THERE ARE NOT NEGATIVE STARS!!!!!! We had an appt. at 3:30 today, got there at 3:05. I had to go up to the front desk to ask if there was only 1 dr. as we had been waiting for almost 1 hour. We were told "your next". Got us in a room, however, at 4:30, we walked out and we will never be going back, EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! I only chose this location as it was close. Even in the beginning, the front desk people did not greet you and if they talked to you, it was in a heavy accent and very hard to understand, but I kept thinking it would get better, not worse. They changed out the front desk and got some other help, however, my son was always being seen by a different person. So far we have seen Mr. Nicholson, a PA, Jessica Cruz and Veronica Ibarra, both NP's. Where are the actual doctors????????????? I will find another dr.'s office, and I don't care how far it is. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!
