        Jason King and Steve installed our security system/cameras. They were very helpful in explaining how everything works. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and knowledge. As always, the company hires only the best. We used them at our previous home and were very pleased. That is why we used Sting again. They truly hire very knowledge technicians. Again.         I wISH to add to this review. A TECHNICIAN BY THE NAME OF BILLY CAME BY OUR HOUSE YESTERDAY 2.9.22 BECAUSE ONE OF OUR LIGHTS ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR GARAGE WAS CAUSING PROBLEMS WITH THE CAMERA BEING ABLE TO TAKE CLEAR PICS AND VIDEOS. WELL BILLY HAPPILY SOLVED OUR PROBLEM. HE WAS ON, VERY PROFESSIONAL, COUTEOUS, AND SINCERELY WANTED TO TO RESOLVE OUR ISSUE WHICH HE DID. I HAD A CERTAIN CHARM ABOUT HIM AS IF HE WAS A MANAGER. HE MADE ME FEEL SECURE WITH HIS SINCERITY. EVERYONE FROM STING IS GREAT. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH HAVING THEM SECURE YOUR PROPERTY. THANKS STING FOR HAVING BILLY WITH UOUR COMPANY.         Rick Grant, our technician for Sting Alarm, was scheduled to be here between 8:30 - 10:30 am and he came in around 8:40am. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. If I could request Rick to come out again whenever we have an issue, I would. He was great!

        Service isn't bad. But they will not negotiate letting you out of your contract without paying the full amount due. Telephone companies, cell phone carriers and cable operators all negotiate early termination fees. But Sting will hold you to the whole term with no options. If you do use them, do not sign anything long term or you're stuck.
