Pizza Hut

I posted a while back about this Pizza Hut because I had really bad service even though they have great pizza. I waited a while about four months to ever try them again. I have recently order about 3 times in the last month and they have exceeded by expectations now. Management must be listening. The quality of food here has always been so delicious but now I have good really great service also. I was very happy today because they had a 50% off pizza online special. I told all my friends and family. It ends today so hurry and order if you love Pizza Hut!

9 times out of ten this Pizza Hut Has messed up my order. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Pizza Hut to the point where I'm looking for corporate to switch me to a different restaurant. The supervisor Erica is very unprofessional , Argumentative and unapologetic. My last pizza was so overloaded with white sauce and cheese it was uneatable, I couldn't even pick up a slice. the supervisor was so rude I refused to have it remade due to fear that she may spit on our food, we returned the pizza ourself and got a refund. The cashier who took the first look at the pizza reaction was " DAME", in his exact words. It was a mess, and this has happened twice. They forgot one of my pizzas. They refused to honor my online coupon for free cheese sticks, they showed up with only the bread sticks that came with our pasta order, although after arguing they delivered them 45 min later. The pizza is always either burnt, over cooked or cold. I can go on and on. Never order for delivery, do carry out with this Pizza Hut
