Move On Moving

I just had my things delivered from Peoria, Arizona and the move went smooth. I was so stressed out moving out of state, with so many things on my mind and to get ready for, Move On Moving just made it easier. I definitely will recommend them to my friends and family. Also, they were cheaper than many other companies around and they picked up and delivered my things on time. I'll give them a big tthumbs up!

Terrible experience! Not only did they misquote us, when we called the customer service rep that set everything up, he wouldn’t respond to our calls. Drivers show up and tell us it’s going to cost us $2300 more because we were “over” our footed they quoted us. We had pack everything up and we were told they do it for you. They made us leave a bunch of stuff in our garage because “it wouldn’t fit.” Then it took over three weeks to move us. When the driver showed up, he explained and showed us the size of the truck and everything fit into the original quoted size amount. So the drivers that picked up our things lied and scammed us out of money. Then they took over three weeks. When we would call the office, they would hang up on us. After we unpacked our things (which they did not do as promised) we noticed things that were broken and also a box of our nice watches was missing (hundreds of dollars worth). This company was not truthful or professional at all. They should be shut down.

We have had a horrible experience with this company. We contracted to move two rooms of furniture for my 91 year old mother who is moving into assisted living in CA. The quoted price more than doubled right before pickup. We were told to expect a 1-3 day delivery window. It has been 13 days. My mom’s stuff is still in a warehouse somewhere in Las Vegas with no schedule for delivery. This move was already stressful for my mom but her inability to move into her new place, lack of clothes, etc. is really upsetting for her. I stress that Move On has not contacted us a single time since pickup to discuss a delivery date. The only communication with us that was initiated by them was a demand for payment, which we stupidly paid in full. We have had no communication from Move On about a delivery date. All communication has been initiated by us with Move On. When not sent to voice mail, we have gotten repeated run arounds, i.e., “the truck broke down,” “we couldn’t fit all of your mom’s furniture into a truck” (two rooms), “the truck is in Nor Cal and needs to get back to Vegas,” “we are putting a truck together perhaps next weekend for California,” etc. It has been and continues to be a nightmare. This company does not care about its customers and is astonishingly arrogant. I have filed complaints with NV, CA and feds about Move on’s failure to meet their legal obligations. Meanwhile we wait.... I urge anyone looking for a reliable moving company to save yourself grief by avoiding Move On, a truly disreputable company.

My husband has to relocate every few years for his job. I have kind of gotten used to the idea of moving. What I didn’t get used to is dealing with the stress. There are always too many last minute tasks at hand and something always goes wrong. For the first time ever, we moved without any issues and it was the doing of Move on moving. This company was just amazing. Their movers were all very professional and efficient. They finished all the packing and loading in record amount of time. The best part was that we didn’t have to do anything, which meant we could focus on the other aspects of the move. They delivered everything on time and nothing was broken or damaged. I am so grateful to have finally found the moving company I was always looking for.

Move on moving is a moving company with very high standards. I had hint about their quality when I first called them and the man on the phone sounded so experienced. He called me back with an amazing quote. Everything went smoothly from there on. The movers were all very enthusiastic and efficient. They finished the job so fast that I felt like I was watching an action movie. Each of my valuables was moved without even a slight scratch on them. I can blindly rely on this amazing moving company.

I was in talk with 3 moving companies and finally selected Move on moving simply because of their customer service. The man on the phone seemed so polite and friendly. He explained each aspect of their services very clearly and broke down the cost. The movers arrived right on time to my house. The men were very capable for this job and it showed in the way they worked. First, they packed up everything with all the right packing materials. Then they systematically moved everything onto the van waiting outside. The men helped each other out and it was amazing to see their coordination. The company turned out to be very reliable as they delivered all my boxes and furniture in great condition. I am definitely rooting for Move on moving.

We talked to many moving companies and finally hired Move on moving only because their quote seemed the most rational. I wasn’t expecting much from them given the low estimate but they really surprised me. The movers arrived right on time to start moving our stuffs. They wasted no time in packing everything neatly. The whole thing was done in just 3 hours. I have rarely seen such efficiency before in my life. The delivery was made on time and all my valuables traveled very well. I will definitely hire them again.

Move on moving was the only moving company that did what was promised. They didn’t charge a cent over the estimate. Their movers arrived on time and delivered everything safely. I have to mention the crew especially because they were simply the hardest working men I have ever encountered. Everything about them was so professional. They packed everything carefully and then carried everything out methodically. I was so impressed seeing these men doing what they do best. They made this move so effortless for me.

Let’s be honest; relocation isn’t cheap. The moving companies quote such ridiculous hourly rates that you wish you didn’t have to move at all. The only way to minimize the cost of moving is to hire a company with very efficient workers who don’t waste time. I was happy to pay exactly what was worth but not a cent over that. I hired Move on moving for my move from Reno, NV to Boise, ID and asked them several times if they had any extra hidden costs that would rock up later on. They assured me there would be none and they kept their promise. Their crew was very efficient. I have a lot of stuffs and some of them are very fiddly and fragile. I also have a massive collection of wine glasses. I wanted the movers to be very careful with my things but do their jobs fast. I understand how contradictory my requirements might have sounded. Amazingly, the guys did exactly what I asked for. They were very precise with their work and time efficient too. I was very impressed with them.
