We had been having pigeon troubles with our house because of our small balcony decoration ever since we moved in, and we should have taken care of it sooner. It was becoming a major health hazard with all the pigeon droppings on our driveway! Within a day of calling Rob to come out and look at our problem he arrived and walked us through the plan to get rid of the pigeons. Once we signed with him he came out special on a Saturday morning to install all his equipment and clean up. He was finished in less than 4 hours! He cleaned up all the droppings so well it looked like they were never there. A few days later we noticed that the pigeons had found a new spot on our house to rest and continue their droppings. I immediately contacted Rob and he came out within a few days to put up more fencing and clean up the new mess they made. He did not charge us for the new equipment or for the additional work done. We are very happy with all the work Rob did. His price was very reasonable! His hard work got the job done and I am so happy to report we do not have any more pigeon problems. I've had Intrusion Pest Control for just about a year now and I've got nothing but good things to say about Rob. I had some ants in our hall bathroom when the weather changed and Rob came in between sprayings and took care of them before they spread to the pantry, which shared a wall with that bathroom. I appreciate that Rob can come by in between sprayings and he does want to make sure that we are bug free! we have been customers with intrusion pest control for almost 9 years since we bought our new house. we have seen the name change a few times and the professionals come and go. rob is just an extra-ordinary person that loves his job, cares about the people and really takes the time to explain things to you. we had a bedbug scare & believe me when i say he was our knight in shining armor. he did everything in his power to show us what to look for and try to ease my fears of bugs crawling over me and biting. after he cleared us i could actually sleep in our bedroom again. the one thing i really like and admire is that just a few times we saw a bug or such before our scheduled visit and rob would be here the next day spraying away and i don't think many companies do that. one neighbor asked us if we had a bug problem when they saw the truck and i replied not in 9 years and we mean to keep it that way. i sincerely want to thank the professionals and especially rob for taking such good care of us during the years--BUG FREE.

One thing is certain, Rob knows bugs, and bugs know to stay away from his customers. We've had service with Intrustion Pest Control for the last 3 years and we have never had any issues that couldn't be handled with a quick phone call. We've never noticed any "live" bugs in our house and Rob has always been on the spot with solutions to any other problems.....like when my wife leaves fruit out and we get a ton of fruit flies.
