        My experience at the desert inn location was extremely unpleasant, humiliating, and embarrassing. Completely disappointed and disgusted with how they treat patients whom is PAYING to keep them EMPLOYED. I would state names however they'll reap everything coming to them!!!! They display no compassion, professionalism, discuss patients business amongst others totally out of conduct. This place is JOKE!!! Group of full miserable uneducated condescending terribly aged women.WHO EXPECTS YOU TO BE INTIMATED BY TITLE OF WHICH THEY DO NOT CARRY THEMSELVES I have a Bsw!! Who care the focus should be on the PATIENT.. horizon ridge excellent service prompt understanding warm shows empathy not concerned about monetary SHOWS AGAIN concernment for the PATIENT as stated that are paying their bills!!!! Key factor THE STAFF IS THE FACE OF EACH DOCTOR!!! Dr.Watson is the best!!!! Only reason his clients are still coming including myself

        It has been 5 weeks since my t...

        It has been 5 weeks since my total hip replacement done by Dr. John Baldauf and I feel amazing!!! The pain i was in completely gone! Lots of sore muscles and rehab but this new hip is good as gold! Dr. Baldauf your amazing!
