        Overall

        I purchased an item online and was sent 2 of the same item. I called them to explain of the mix up. The customer service representative was very very rude & placed me on hold. I then called back & requested to speak to their supervisor & was transferred to the shipping supervisor. This woman was so rude & unprofessional! Then I called the store & I was told they don't take returns from online purchases. Needless to say they lost a good customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
