I have had them rebuild the transmission on 2 different cars I have owned, and they put shocks on another car, and Alan even used his computer to reset a faulty hood open warning light without charging me anything. I have been doing business with them over the last three or four years and have had no complaints. They have done a good quality job at a fair price, they have gone above and beyond what I expected working to make all their customers happy. They are honest, professional, and just plain decent people. I have been there as a customer enough unfortunately that the owners, Alan & John remember me and my name. Alan’s son Travis has worked on my cars and he took time to show me what was wrong and what they had to do to fix it. Alan can be very proud of Travis, he is an excellent mechanic and a good son. A&J Transmission is a local family-owned shop, the place I recommend to all my friends that need transmission work. I have never had to go back for the same problem a second time. They are friendly and courteous, they do good work and I recommend them to my friends.

I was so happy when I read the online reviews about A & J transmission. I called and they worked my car in for service. The owner even came out and spoke to me. I'm From out of town so I had to rely on the reviews. Boy were they right! What a pleasant surprise to find a family owned business that takes pride in their work.
