Tom Drexler Plumbing

We had a minor water emergency last week that required us to turn off the main water line. Called Drexler's main number & spoke to a lady on the other end. Explained the situation, gave her our cell numbers & said someone would call us back before 1700hrs to address the problem/repair. At 1645hrs I called saying we had not heard from anyone yet. They told me someone had called two hours earlier & no one answered. I explained that we @ these phone numbers all afternoon. When I asked what number they called, they gave me my son's number who was in their system from years ago & no longer in service. I don't know why she couldn't have followed my instructions & called me? A lack of very poor customer service on Drexler's communication end. To make matter's worse, they wanted to bill me an extra $99.00 for an "after hours trip charge." I hung up in disgust & called another plumber who responded to my needs immediately & didn't charge me for an after hours call.

Calvin Mcfarland was very professional and did a great job. Service was great. I called dispatch and they asked all the right questions to set appointment. The next day the plumber was ther ready to start.

I called this morning because our water heater was not working. The man in the office was wonderful and said someone would be here today. Gunther came out and took care of our problem. He was very efficient and professional. I will always call Tom Drexler.

The guys were here on time both days and kept me informed along the way. They did a great job and good cleanup after!
