        I went into the store because I thought it would be a better experience than over the phone. Boy was I wrong. The person I spoke with screwed up every single thing I asked for when moving service to a new home. They also gave me the incorrect answer for every question I asked. I found this out when our install appointments had to be changed as a result. I was incorrectly over billed $380+ because the shut off was never entered into the system.(this is where they are putting their foot down). So I got billed for 2.5 months before I noticed because of autopay. Not only that, but they were billing 2 sets of people at the same address. I have contacted Comcast multiple times, wasted hours on the phone for them to tell me they cannot refund me. This is theft and I will not stop until I get my money back.
