Good location. Sweet atmosphere. Great beer selection.

We were a party of twelve with reservation. We arrived on time....actually a little early. Service was so, so. A little slow, but we thought nothing of it as we enjoyed our appetizers. When the main course arrived we were half way into our meal, when the waitress came over and started taking our plates. I explained I was not finished. She informed me we would have to leave because the had people waiting. We had been there maybe a whole 45 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager. When he came to the table I told him when our reservations were and how long we had been there. He informed me that they had another reservation and we would have to leave. I asked why they would book them so close together. I got no response except to say, we needed to leave. Boxed up our food and handed it to us. To top it all off, because of the number in our party, they had included the tip so there was no way to express our displeasure of the way we were treated. I will NEVER go back and have told friends of our experience and have been insured they also will never return. Our company used to have it's Christmas dinner there, but no more. I have never been treated so rudely.

Great German dishes, wonderful beer and wine selection, clean with an old-world atmosphere. .... I can highly recommend the "Sauerbraten" and the "Hot Wurst Plate".

They always have a good selection of dishes and at low prices and they have a great location.

If you're tired of the same old chain-style restaurant, this is a nice change of pace. The menu has a nice variety of dishes and the building has a lot of charm. If you're looking for someplace where you can relax, this is it.
