Edited June 2018 - original 4 star positive review was in 2011. Unfortunately, after many years of coming here regularly, I've decided to go somewhere else. Why? Well... Now you can only make appointments for manicures and/or pedicures, no acrylic appointments because they "don't have enough people that do them." So, the wait is always long (since you can't schedule) and your tech usually gets up to do other things several times while working on you because they are under-staffed. It's become nearly impossible to get out of here in under 3 hours. Unfortunately, they only accept cash tips now, which is inconvenient and frustrating. Plus, they've also raised the prices since the remodel. Overall, it's just no longer worth it to me. The current staff can't perform all necessary functions and I feel like my business and time isn't respected anymore. I hope they can get it together and return to the quality they had a few years ago.
