        Do not go to this place. They misdiagnose issues and take advantage of women. I sent my wife here because her car was dying on her, they told her it was BRAKES making the car die, charged her $611 and sent her on her way. The car died in the middle of the highway on her way home from this place and now they want to charge her $450 to fix the original issue. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.

        My family and I have been going to ICA for over 8 years now. We have had a variety of vehicles, problems and financial restraints. Rob, Brandon, Toni and Mike, are all very knowledgeable about car problems, repairs and parts. There has been many times where we brought a vehicle in expecting the worse and the most expensive resolution, and walked out not only with a fixed vehicle, but also not breaking the bank. Rob goes out of his way to ensure he explains everything, every detail prior to working on your vehicle. They are so easy to work with and do a fantastic job every time! I know when I bring my car to ICA I am putting my vehicle in good hands. In addition, the KC rewards card is also fantastic and makes it worth the price when I can turn around and apply my points to some other car issue.

        Exceptional Service

        I couldn't be happier with the experience I had at this shop. The manager was very helpful and the mechanic brought me into the shop and showed me exactly what was wrong with my car. It is nice to finally find an honest auto repair shop!
