Hook n Book Towing

This tow service has the most disrespectful people working for it. He parked where no one could park. I asked him to pull forward so I could park and he just argued with me about it and refused to pull forward. I started calling the number on the truck to report him and it was either the owner or supervisor I was dealing with because he refused to answer the phone regardless how many calls I made. I waited patiently for him to move the truck and then he came over and said "I'm done Princess" got in his truck. I went to his truck and asked if that is the way he does business to make sure he gets customers and he basically acted in a threatening manner and told me to get off his truck, all the while refusing to address his attitude and how he spoke with me. Very unprofessional and rude. Please stay far away as possible from this company.

Very disrespectful.has a bad attitude that needs to be adjusted . would never recomend them to any one.will tell every one I know to call some one else.

Honestly these guys show up on time and always get the job done 110%. I will always call hook n book for the personal hometown service they have to offer.

Only tow company i use. Couldnt ask for a better tow company and i have used a few in kc. I use them a couple times a month. They pick up customers and my vehicles. Never once had a problem.

Have heard about them from the Independence Community Awareness group. Called last night and spoke with Danny and asked for a tow when my van decided it didn't want to start :( . Faster than insurance would have came. Tow guys name I believe was James. He was super nice. Definitely recommend.

Jump Start needed, arrived around when he said they would, polite, very nice, reasonable, easy pay, would use again.

He has towed me multiple times and is always on time and went out of his way to make sure I got the help I needed!! Thank you!
