Dr. Shah took care of both of my children birth through adult and now he's my granddaughters doctor! We think he's the greatest doctor ever!

Both my sons have been patients since birth. The doctors are great and the on-call response is FAST! I like that they have seperate waiting rooms for ill children vs those visiting for a check-up. This way my children are not exposed to sick germs when they are healthy. They now fax the Rx to the pharmacy so I do not have to make 2 trips. Most of the time I can stop on my way home from the office to pick up the Rx. It's great!

My son had gone to this office from birth - 2. I enjoyed most of the doctors. I felt more comfortable with others however, the staff was where my problem really lies. The staff and nurses are very unfriendly,unpersonable, impatient and many times just mean. I and other mothers that I knew whoes children went there have expressed to doctors our concerns with no changes. So I decided to change doctors offices. Which is unfortunate because like I said I really enjoyed most of the doctors but I just could not get past the staff and nurses bedside manner.
