Please make a favor your self do not waste your money and time. It is definitely something wrong with this lawyer. He forgets day courts or forget to show up in court is just terrible y waste 3 years and hi did nothing just mistake by mistake.

The only reason I am giving one star is because there was not an option for NO stars. Michael Delaney is the worst and most unprofessional attorney I have EVER encountered! DO NOT GIVE HIM MONEY! He is a liar! He took my money and did not do what he said he was going to do. I gave him twenty five hundred dollars for NOTHING!

He took our money and ran! We were left standing at the courthouse and he was a no show. The judge was kind enough to allow us time to locate Delaney, who had forgotten aobut us and was across town. Hours later he showed apologizing to the judge, not us. Later there was an issue with the child support and he took more money to correct the problem. I never heard from him again. He's very nice while he's taking a payment, after that don't expect anything but an answering service. Run from this crook!
