I wouldn't trust them with a faxed in lunch order, I faxed in an order and called to make sure they got it, the kid said "yeah I think we got it, were really busy not sure how long it will be, I reiterated I was calling to make sure they got my fax its was for 10 subs for a lunch meeting and the kid repeated "im pretty sure we got it were really busy". I hung up and said to my self watch ill get there and they wont have gotten it. I gave them 45Min since they were "really busy" I showed up and guess what they didn't get the fax the cashier went to the fax machine and brought back the order so they got it just no one knew it was there. they quickly filled the order just... PMO they didn't confirm they got the fax to begin with. will probably use subway next time.
