They are horrible. If you have small veins this is definitely not a place to go. They poke me twice and no blood came out. Will never go back.

Don't expect to find this place without 45 minutes. No signage because they are cheap, and no one around the area knows where they are. Go to Herndon and Maple or the Medical Center.

This is not the place you want to take your children because they do not specialize in pediatric testing. I also have very small veins that disappear so it is almost impossible to catch my veins I feel as though I may have passed this unfortunate trait to my daughter but when I was pregnant I went here because it was convenient and each time I went I came out with a bruise. Just a warning for those with small veins, this location cannot see them.
