I WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. They were very courteous and helpful at first. They told me how much they would give me for the car, and also promised $1000 in restaurant and grocery store vouchers. The man said in about two weeks I would receive the vouchers in the mail. The towing company showed up as scheduled and gave me a check. About a month went by and I never received the vouchers so I called and spoke to a John. He changed his tone quickly and was very rude. He kept saying he would send them and then would hang up on me. I have e-mailed several times with no response, called several times only to be lied to, hung up on, and treated rudely. It has been over three months now so I have given up on the vouchers. I urge you please do not use this company unless you like to be lied to and treated very rudely.

My 2001 vehicle had not been consistently driven for a few years, though the engine still started. Had some mechanical issues so could not be sold in a traditional way. I contacted multiple companies and Heather was by far the most helpful and straightforward. Car was picked up the next day since Heather and I closed the deal late in the day. The tow truck driver was also courteous and helped me remove my plates because they were still active. The pick up took about 10 minutes and we were done. Would definitely recommend this company for fast removal of a vehicle with issues.

I called to get rid of my 2002 Chevrolet impala body in great condition, just needs some transmission work, 212k miles and they offered me $170 for it. Kbb valued it in poor condition at $1000+ I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Heather made it easier for us to get rid of our 2001 Sienna with 265,000 miles in it. Got paid as close to KBB blue book value considering some work needed to be done with the car. Van as picked up over the weekend, receive the check at the same time, deposited and got cleared a few days later. I highly recommend calling Heather first before you do anything with your old car....
