I called for box braids i was told that the price was $160 for back length with hair. I showed a lady the picture of the size that i wanted. She showed another lady. When i got home and actually looked at my braids they were not the same size (some big some small with hair sticking out). I tried calling the shop they were closed. I came back to the shop today they said they could fix it but the picture that was shown to them yesterday are considered singles and they are $200. And i would have to pay the difference and $5 for each pack of hair that i would have to use. Some of my braids did get fixed but i will not be back. Best advice go somewhere else. Terrible customer service. And the braiders do not braid well.

Great stylist luv my senegalese twist....ladies are african american but they do a excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. They were so professional and down to earth. I sent my friends and family thanks sistahs.

Beware! Many of the braiders here are not that good. When I got my micros done, the girl on who did my left side was not as good as the girl who did my right side. And within 2 days, MANY of my braids fell out on my left side. Got something to do after your appointment? CANCEL it. You WILL be there longer than expected. The girls who did my hair took so many breaks, I was there for about 7 hours. The owners were nice and friendly when I first started going here, but then turned greedy and money hungry. WILL NOT RETURN.

My Mom & I love our hair, I got senegalese twist and she got zillions. The ladies were very nice & professional and made us feel comfortable. We will both be returning to this nice, clean, comfortable salon. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

My senegalese are horrible. One side in the front is shorter than the other and very thin. Its like she didn't use enough braiding hair. The braids are slipping out and I have thick medium length hair so this shouldn't be happening. I called back and went in to have them "repaired" but all they did was retwist the ends with the same hair. Yet again the twists are coming loose and a few have slipped out from the root. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WILL NOT RECOMMEND. A TOTAL WATSE OF $200.
