Captain Jays

Called in a large order. Was asked to pick up in 30 mins. I called back 30 mins later to make sure the for was ready & waiting for me. Was told it was ready. I arrived in 5 mi.s and paid for chicken. Was made to wait an additional 45 mins as I watched them serve over 10 cars in their drive through. When I asked why was I told that my order was ready o. The phone, a rude look of contpt was given. The manager was also rude and ignored me when I asked him if he could male my order. I am a waitress and was very patient and still polite dispute their unprofessional behavior. I posted on Facebook and warned all of my friends not to buy chicken there.

The staff was also messy I'm appearance, wearing do-rags on their heads and a slovenly appearance. Very unprofessional.
