Muhammed Faisal Aslam, MD is board certified in OBGYN and a fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He subspecializes in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (also known as Urogynecology). Dr Aslam first completed OBGYN residency in the United Kingdom and obtained membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, London. He then completed a second residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Brooklyn, New York. Subsequently, Dr. Aslam successfully completed subspecialty fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology) at the prestigious Oregon Health & Science University, Portland, OR. Dr Aslam has been actively involved in research. He obtained a research degree in Human Investigations from Oregon Health & Science University. He has numerous national presentations in the field of Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgery (Urogynecology), and has published several articles in high impact peer reviewed journals. He offers a range of treatment options for stress urinary incontinence, urge incontinence (overactive bladder), pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, and genital tract fistula. Dr Aslam specializes in surgical and non-surgical treatment options for pelvic floor problems. He is proficient in minimally invasive surgical techniques.
