        I rarely post customer reviews, but my experience was awful. The three men at the front desk managed to lose clearly had no interest in helping me. The man who worked with me was disheveled, apathetic to assisting me, and his overall customer service was just awful. I felt that two and a half hours was a bit too long for tire installation and an oil change so I asked for a status update on my car and the second gentleman (who was always snacking or drinking a soda each time I looked up at the front desk) managed to lose my paperwork. Had I not asked for a status update I would have remained sitting in the waiting room. This does not surprise me as I was simply a customer sitting in the waiting room based on how I was treated. I will not be coming back.
