We have had a service contract for nearly 30 years with Terminix Concord. They are always on time, polite and do a thorough job treating our yard as well as the interior of our home whether we have seen any bugs or not. The option is always ours if we want the interior treated at the same time as the exterior. If we see any ants, spiders, roaches or silverfish in between service calls, all we need to do is notify them and they send someone out to treat the interior at no additional charge, as many times as needed. You get great service from professional reps who know their business and are glad to inform you of how the treatment will not only eliminate your problem but keep other bugs from liking your property! Adam is our service technician and he is always thorough and professional. He is never in a hurry to get done and check us off his "to do" list so he can quit for the day, like we have experienced with other companies. He is an asset to Terminix Concord and a pleasure to work with. Also, for 25 years we had a vacation house at the beach and had a Terminix contract with the local Terminix branch there. The sevice rep was named Frankie and was also a wonderful employee. If he was in the neighborhood servicing another house nearby he would stop at our house and do a "walk around" to see if anything was needing attention in our absence. In this day and age, I know it is hard to find good employees, but Terminix does a great job hiring, training and keeping them, definitely to the company's advantage as well as their customers.
