        Very unhappy renter. The new owners are very rude and only communicate via "email". It's always corporate talk. Also there are a large number of mice and snakes around units. Since I now pay a whopping $50 more for rent a month...i hope that insurance will cover any damage done to my property from their rodents!!! Do not recommend them to anybody. Thank God this is my last month renting from them!

        We purchased this property recently and are in the process of enhancing certain areas. Our management team has not been contacted by any tenants regarding an issue such as you are describing, nor have come across any to address. We do multiple walk through of our property daily as well. Attic Self Storage takes pride in providing a safe, clean and easily accessible storage experience by provided 24/7 access to your space. As such new exterior lighting has been installed and a new storage building is currently underway! To better serve our customers we have also added weekend hours and a new website where you can rent a unit online, pay your bill free of charge or make adjustments to your account! Rent increases are a standard practice in this industry however we strive to stay as competitive as we can. Attic Self Storage always value the opinion of our customers and do hope that the additions that are underway will show our commitment to always provide a pleasurable storage experience.
