        Overall

        Being difficult to work due to a back injury, I found myself owing a lot of income tax debt along with my other bills. Ken listened to my issues, made suggestions to help me keep my retirement in tact, and ultimately helped me to resolve all of my debt problems with the IRS and credit card companies. Through this whole process I could tell that he really cared about solving my problems, and he treated me like a real person rather than just another client.
