        I went to this hospital because I was overworked and so exhausted I could barely keep my eyes open. My company had me working 70 or more hours a week and with the different shifts I was working combined with preparation and travel time to different accounts I was getting hardly any sleep. I told the lady assessing me exactly what the problem was.. However a few months later I happened to have access to my file and discovered that various lies were fabricated about me stating that I intended to purposely crash my car and I was put on "suicide watch". Nothing was even mentioned about the issues that concerned me. Also I received a bill for almost $3000.00 to pay for every drug test they have. A patient can't possibly get the correct treatment if the facts are completely omitted and instead replaced with lies. Evidently their intent is not to address health issues with remedies but to fabricate information that will enable monetary gain.
