        Customer Service

        I have been shopping at Pep Boys on Decker Blvd for a very long time. However in the last few months the customer service has been awful. Therefore I started doing business elsewhere. Well I am very happy to say that when I went to PB on 7-23-08 I was happy to see changes had been made in the store. I noticed right away the customer service was not only good it was GREAT!!!! The store was much cleaner too. In asking I found out that there had been changes in management. KUDOS for the new guy. He has done a good job in a very short time. Please keep up the good work and I promise I will be shopping at Pep Boys again.
