        CUSTOMER SERVICE

        We are on our third mattress in less than two years that was bought at DFW. They refuse to give us our money back now that the third mattress is defective. The store manager keeps promising things and then does not deliver it is a big long story but I would NEVER recommend this store to my worst enemy. They take your money and then will not deal with you if there are problems.
