Worst experience ever, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Had to go back 3 times before my car was finally finished, huge inconvenience to go every time and car wasn't ready, despite the fact they would call and say it was ready. Car was at their shop for a little over a month, I had to buy a new battery afterwards because it was just sitting. The owner/boss Jimmy is a fake, he pretends to be nice, jokes around just to make you feel everything is ok. Completely rude over the phone using vulgar language. Stay away from this place, it's a rip off...

This business took 9 weeks to give me my vehicle back , they returned it with a scuff mark and more damage! Ed accused me and said it was already there ! All lies ! Do not do business

I brought my car to Jay-Kay after i had an accident. The service was great and my car looked fantastic when they were finished. I was extremely satisfied with Jay-Kay Collision Center.

Jay - Kay Auto Body did great work on my car. The technician that worked on my car matched the paint perfectly and they had it completed in less days that I expected. The entire experience from the office staff to the technician that did the body work and painting were fantastic. I highly recommend the shop for the results they can achieve and their focus on customer service. Ted S.

The most awful experience of my life with customer service, they left the whole car unlined and gaped. It appeared to be put together in a back of a residential garage. I feel they took advantage of the fact that I know little of cars and was unable to explain myself to what they know was a poor job.



Lifetime warranty does not stand true with this company, 3.5 years later they ignore my concerns and verbal cursed me out of the shop. They do not honor “life time warranty” promise. BS about everything, never called me to make any appoints, or to even let me know that the car was ready.

I will only ever go here for my autobody needs. Great service, great people, great work. absolutely superb.
