        Ben has always returned our calls very quickly. he has always gone out of his way to try and help my family have the best coverage in the most cost effective ways. We have had our Home and Auto through him for 10 plus years and have never had a problem. I recommend him to everyone I know!

        Benjamin Helbein Allstate - It takes at least three phone calls to get him to return your call. His assistant is not very nice all things considered (bless her heart). My family does a lot of business with Allstate including Auto, Homeowner's and a very expensive business policy. No more! We will not do business with someone who is confused about what customer service means. Here is a quick list of other places to do business.
