Buca di Beppo

This restaurant's food quality has really gone down hill. We ordered, Fried Mozzarella, Garlic Bread and di Beppo 1893 Salad. The Fried Mozzarella was over cooked and the Garlic Bread was dry and hard. For our main course we ordered the Baked Lasagna, Ravioli al Pomodoro, Fettuccine Alfredo, Penne Arrabbiata. The Baked Lasagna came to the table dark brown with black edges. Needless to say it was burned and dried out. The cook left it in the oven way too long. I sent it back and when the new one arrived it was better, but it was also dried out and close to being burned. The Penne Arrabbiata came out with the Italian sausage extremely over cooked. They were hard and dried out. The Ravioli al Pomodoro was bland and cold. We all had the Cheese Cake for dessert. It seamed to be dry tasting. All in all I think the food might have been freezer burned. Out of four people three of us felt ill afterwards. One was violently ill and two extremely nauseous. We used to love this place, but now we wouldn't go back there for any reason. The restaurant wasn't all that busy. Now I see why! The waitress should have never served that first Lasagna. You could see that it was burned. Over all I give this place a Negative 3 Stars!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE !!
