        Definitely NOT Climate Controlled

        I'd rate this ZERO if I had the option. My property was damaged as a result of Green Acres pushing snow against the door. When the snow melted, the water ran into my unit, I was not notified even though they were aware other units around me which had damage. They refuse to pay for my damaged property making it necessary for me to file suit. They claim their contract releases them of ALL responsponsibility, even negligence. If you value your property, you will store your property someplace other than Green Acres. BE AWARE: Even though I DID have Renter's Insurance, it does not cover water damage. Green Acres refuses to do the right thing and pay for my destroyed property without going through the court. I'm not sure what part of "CLIMATE CONTROLLED" doesn't include water and black and red mold!
