Hargray

Awful company on all levels. They have a local monopoly on internet connection, therefore they can get away with overcharging their rates. Their service is awful, it goes down several times a month. Customer service is terrible, currently waiting TWO WEEKS just to upgrade internet speed, because it has to go through signatures and approvals from several people (really?), I didn't know they would be so busy they couldn't upgrade a long time customer. I'd understand if it took an additional day or two, but its been weeks. Everything about this company is low class and low quality, but they will continue to do so because they can get away with it. If you find another service provider, chances are you'll have to pay more because its out of their service coverage, because like I said, Hargray owns it all. Awful company, be blunt with them, don't hesitate to be rude, because all they do is lie to your face and steal your money.

PLEASE LOOK FOR A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER! Hargray is slow and inefficient. It takes them hours to get things back up and working after they took it down. Whether it is the internet or T.V. Once I was watching a season finale and the entire channel blacked out. It didn't work until the next day.
