I was refered to Riverchase Collision by a work associate. I felt they went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. The pride of workmanship was evident when I came to pick up my vehicle. I am very particular about my car and I thought it looked fantastic. I brought my car to them late Friday before I had an oppertunity to square away a rental car. Riverchase Collision loaned me a car for free to drive through the weekened. Thanks y'all! You turned a bad experiance into a positive!
Don't use them. Drive past there to a competent body shop. Worst work, I am sick about my car.
My impala was better off wrecked than when they got through with it. Terrible paint match, gouged the paint on my windshield post while pulling the fender off. Fit and finish was terrible. Worse yet they filed bogus supplements against my claim. Stay away.
I would also recommend this place! I took at least 4 of my cars there over the last few years and had a great service every time.

DO NOT USE RIVERCHASE COLLISION! I took my car in to have repairs done on the drivers side. They call me on a Thursday morning to come pick it up at 4:30. I dropped my rental car off and went to pick mine up. I get there and wait an hour and a half, at least, for them to tell me that it won't be ready until the next day! The next day I go to pick it up. I wasn't given a walk-around to show me the work or anything. As I'm putting my kids in the backseat, I notice a huge spot of missing paint on the passenger side. When questioned about it, I'm told "I wish I had better news for you but this is something that happens when you clean the car." After getting nowhere, I'm tired of arguing with her. So, I go to get in the drivers side and it looks like Freddy Kruger came down the inside of the drivers window with his claws. I go back inside, again, to call this to her attention. She tells me "Here is $40 and you can get it fixed somewhere else, that will be better than leaving it with me again." So, I have to go sit at another shop to have my window tint replaced. They refuse to do anything about the paint they ruined, However, she said I could pay her $650 and they would fix it. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET YOUR CAR REPAIRED!!
It is true that we repaired the drivers side of the vehicle which the customer had recently purchased from a used car dealer. It is also true that while working on the drivers side door the window tint was scratched. However, I did offer to keep the vehicle and take it to have the tint redone myself or offered $40, which is more than enough to have one glass tinted, so she could have her vehicle and have it done herself. As for the paint missing on the passenger side, there was in fact a spot of paint blown off the quarter panel. We wash the vehicles with a pressure washer. I'm certain most people realize paint should not just turn loose from a piece of metal. I pointed out to the customer that the paint was also peeling from around the quarter glass, the tail lamp and the rocker molding on the same panel. Unfortunately, the panel had been painted prior to her purchasing and it was a horrible paint job. By now, I'm sure the quarter panel is missing much more than the small amount of paint our pressure washer blew off. I hate that she purchased a vehicle that had such half hazard work done to it, probably to get it sold, but I can't redo someone elses mistake. I agree that I wish I had noticed the scratches in the tint before the customer had gotten here and had that resolved, but we are like everyone else, not super human and we too make mistakes. I'm sorry the customer was so unhappy, but I stand behind our warranty on the driver side damage for the lifetime of the vehicle!! Wish I could make her happy.
I would DIFFINITELY recommend this place! The customer service was EXCELLENT and their price was VERY REASONABLE!! I needed my door handle replaced on my car and was quoted $184 by a competitor and was ONLY charged $64 by Riverchase. I am new to Alabama and so far I have questioned the southern hospitality as well as plain old good customer service. Riverchase Collision has restored my faith in the south! Thanks Chad!
