        Overall

        Great staff. I particularly liked his medical assistant. My only pause was that he didn't test my blood more frequently during treatment. Not that it was necessary -- I was very curious to know how well the treatment was working. Dr. Shallcross surprised me by calling me directly whenever he'd get various test results. I like his assistant, but it was so refreshing to have a "hands on" doctor.
