George and Gracie loves going to Kim for Spa days.
I'm so happy she's on her own and so great at what she does!

My babies have been going to Kim since we moved from IN to here. They always look good and are happy. She even grooms my pitt mix when others turned me away. She worked with her over several months to get her in the door to be groomed. Once inside she groomed her without any sedation or axiextity meds. Kim is great would recommend her hands down.

Took my miniature dachshund in for a grooming left the dog, her harness and retractable leash. Picked my dog up to find out they had given both her leash and harness to another dog. Their way of rectifying the situation was to offer to give me the customer's name and address for me to go pick it up. I declined to go show up at a strangers house to pick up things that she had to know wasn't theirs when they took it and that I had entrusted to them. They offered me the use of a harness that was too big and was dirty and a leash designed for a pit bull size dog. Neither of these items were usable and I am disable so have to have them to take her out.

When I get home I find out my dog's hair has knots and kinks in it. She could not have been combed out and did not appear to be properly groomed. I ended up having to take her to another groomer, buy a new leash and harness after I had paid and tipped Bath Barks and Bubbles! When I called them 5 days later, they say they found my leash and harness. I drive all the way to pick them up only for them to try to give me some other dogs harness and a broken leash!

I guess I should just be glad they didn't loose my dog! The visit cost me and extra $70 above what I paid them.

I have a very active 3 yr old American Bulldog 90 lbs and he loves going there to visit. He gets his baths and plays with whoever will play with him. They take very good care of him

I have 3 fur babies. One Shih ztu mix, one maltese/yorkie mix, one poodle mix. I was grooming them my self and saving money. But the poodle is the hardest one to groom properly and work a full time job. Well, a friend told me about Miss Kim and her friends. They did such a great job on the my Oscar, the poodle, that i brought the other two in. I can't even do this good and she was soooooo gentle with him. And when I brought in my Hon Solo, maltese mix, who is shy and growls when scared. She just calmly took him and held him first thing to let him get use to her. She was more concerned with making him comfortable then anything else. Which as a momma, made me feel so much more relaxed. I will be spreading the good word about this place. Love you guys! Miss Kim takes care of my Sadie like she were her own dog. Best place to take your dogs. Miss Kim gives an excellent cut and it shows in the details. We have been going for several months now and I recommend Baths Barks & Bubbles to anyone who wants a quality cut and know your dog is well taken care of during their visit.

Kim is a wonderful groomer, she takes time with my baby, and cares considerably for her. Most importantly my yorkie likes her and she always looks exceptional when she comes from the spa. The spa is in a great location and the hours are excellent as well. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Kimberly always does a fabulous job and my tiny shih tzu loves going to see her!
