This copy shop is both unprofessional and makes customer feeling poorly for their errors. There are many other copy shops less than a 1/4 mile away and those are much more highly recommended.



Here's the final email I received from the company: "No refund will be issued, when I talked to you on the phone you send end of day today. Anyway, you were supposed to bring in the flash drive when you were picking up your order last week." In fact, I felt a bit threatened we "Mannu" called me this afternoon.



The shop had failed to scan 10 out of 107 pages of a document and insisted they did it "correctly". After we found one set of pages missing, staff was angry. He rushed us through the process and we were feeling EXTREMELY UNWELCOME IN THE SHOP.



On top of all of this - the shop charged us extra for pages they failed to scan.



Dishonest people work there and we do not recommend any interaction with them, as they will not admit errors and in fact are so pompous that they believe we made the errors.



Shame on Krishna Copy Center.
