        Architects Rule designed and managed the construction of my addition as well as dealing with the building department on legalizing previous construction. If you want to deal with an architect who delivers great design within budget and on time, I highly recommend architect Paul Athineos. My house looks great. He really delivered what he promised-increasing the value of my greatest investment (my house!). I will work with him again on the rehab of a four-story rental building.
