Lucky Three Dog & Cat Grooming

Dave and Beverly are fantastic. My husband and I have been taking our dog, Tala, to them for four years. She is always well taken care of there, and she is never scared to be left like she was at other groomers. I highly recommend taking your pet here. Some people are just animal people. Thank you for all you do.

David and Beverly are the best! I have a small and anxious dog who does NOT do well with being handled by others, and they have, both times I've taken her here, gotten her groomed with no issues and done it very quickly! David has great advice regarding behavioral issues and is a wonderful source of information about the surrounding neighborhood as well. I won't let anyone else groom my pet now.

I took my dog to Lucky Three. They are absolutely wonderful people that love animals and the work they do. My dog is 12 years old and shunned by many because of her personality. When I picked her up I didn't hear any critical comments about her and she was satisfied to be there. That was a first on both. I can't stress enough how thankful I am for how they treated my girl. They made the experience a pleasure for both my dog and me.

I called at 7:45pm to inquire about services expecting to possibly getting a voice mail system because they do not state any hours of operation however instead i get a nasty old man who answered. He told me he was not willing to get into a conversation at 8pm at night and i needed to look at the website. I apologized and said i thought i was calling a business line and not a personal cell phone. Needless to say he kept ranting on that i needed to look at website. Honestly in all the time he took repeating himself i could of had all the information i needed. As he was still talking i merely hung up. Even though cat groomers are scarce in maryland i will continue to search endlessly before ever taking my pet to them. Iam a huge customer service person and if that is how they conduct business i cant imagine how many potential customers they have lost.

This place was wonderful. The website is old school, so I initially didn't know what to expect, but I took a chance and called. The owner and his assistant, Bev, are true professionals and are so good with grooming cats. My cat was a bit antsy and they were both patient and very skilled-- didn't cut my cat or nip him, despite my cat's freaking out at times. I am only going to Lucky Three Dog and Cat from now on for my cat's grooming.
