Great Place to take your dog to be groomed

We have been taking our dog there for years. The staff is so good with her. She is skiddish to begin with but they treat her so calmly. She has always looked amazing. Yes, sometimes they are very busy, just a testament to their client base and professional skill. I guess sometimes you just need little patience? Love this place. Won't go anywhere else.

Bad service to a loyal customer

I have gone there for several years with my dogs. They do good work but was always a little slow, howevere I will not be returning. On my last visit my dogs had a 8:00 am appointment they where there for 9 hr. When I called to complain they said they where busy and would see what they could do. When I finally picked up my dogs and they acted like they did me a favor by having them done by then. My dogs need to use the bathroom and was hungry. I was livid. Never again.
