Horrible!! I left there with over $800 worth of repairs still needed. I had been rear-ended in an accident and when I picked up my car there was stripped bolts, bent metal exhaust parts, and wires not connected. Stay far away from this place!

This place is a joke, what happened to you guys. I have used Elite before I have to say there’s a lot of new faces.. Did they sell the company or something? just because they have a very cool looking logo doesn’t mean it’s quality work I felt as I was getting the run around I had requested to speak with the owner not the Manager I had a couple of concerns and never received call a back. And why should I have to bring back my car on my own time the job should have been fixed right first time. My girlfriend was the one who picked up my car; of course she didn’t look into the detail as I did. I’m very disappointed with the low quality, it has been close to a month and yet I still haven’t heard anything, The owner should not hide behind his employee’s if he simply doesn’t want to make it right, Well I will make sure I warn everyone about this place, You lost and customer

I just called this place because I live in the North/West side of town, I've never dealt with this place before. I had already called one place & recieved information & prices over the phone. So I know that it can be done as simple as that. So I phone Elite Collision & ask if they handle small auto body repair such as a driver side mirror that someone shattered out the glass\mirror

I took my truck to Elite because my brother took his there when they hit him and his truck came out good. I had somebody hit me also and I took my brothers advise and dropped my truck there of too. I was so happy when It came out, my truck looked awesome. It looked like they never even did anything to it before. I thought it would not look the same after that hit. I really recommend this shop. and another good thing is that the people in the office are very easy to deal with and really friendly.

I THOUGHT YOUR SHOP WAS A NEW SHOP WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN SINCE 1991????? I JUST NOTICED YOUR SIGN AND DECIDED TO LOOK YOU UP AND HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO FIND ANY LISTINGS OR BUSINESS LICENSE PRIOR TO 2009. I ALSO INQUIRED WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AS I HAD AN ACCIDENT, TO SEE IF YOU WERE A RECOGNIZED REPAIR SHOP AND THEY WERE UNFAMILIAR WITH YOUR BUSINESS.

These guys are the best I've seen in years. My 08 Audi is perfect, Joe and his crew are really hold up to their name.
