Great prices, great people, and quick with pulling parts. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I can say, the gentlemen below who wrote a review, Corey T. I was present when that whole conversation took place. He had no receipt that showed where he had a credit. And the salesman very nicely explained that to him... The salesman advised that the pink invoice would have the credit written along with the managers initials, date, and how long the credit was good for. The salesman said, if you bring us that pink invoice, I will gladly honor the credit. He then got upset and cursed the salesman and owner out. You can't always go buy what people say... That customer was in the wrong, not Richards.

I purchased a starter and I had it tested it. I returned it for a later future credit. When I went to redeem the store credit they would not honor the request. The sales guy was great but the customer service from the owner was horrendous.

Very reasonably priced and friendly people..if you want good parts this is the place!

Good place to get parts on the westside of Atlanta; they pull parts; quick and reasonable prices.
