I have found the Lloyd Pro Group to be the best insurance agency that I have worked with dealing with my insurance needs. Their staff are competent, courteous, and extremely compassionate. I have dealt mostly with Chrisann Richards and she has proven to be top notch in her field. She exhibits real concern for her clients exhibiting professionalism, knowledge, as well as understanding her clients financial situation.

She has a total understanding of the insurance products available and she put together a plan that best suited my needs without adding products that I did not need.



I know if anything comes up where my insurance will be needed, Mrs. Richards will be right there by my side making sure that my situation is handled quickly and to my satisfaction. In this day and age, that is a real comforting feeling.



I will continue to seek her advise on all my insurance needs in the future.
