Overall

We tried to keep our business local and this company had done previous work for us before. Dorothy, the owner, was completely rude and unprofessional. Let me say their Tech Jeff was fantastic! I had asked for a referral for software to purchase and they gave me a price of a common software that anyone could purchase online. Dorothy decided to up the price by an extra $183 when the program was less than $500 and then got nasty when I told her that mark up was way to high. She lied about our conversations to make it look like I was verbally harassing them, when all I wanted was an answer about our new computer. I WILL NOT EVER have anyone I know give this lady business! BEWARE, she will lie about labor hours.

I was having issues with virus...

I was having issues with viruses and slower performance. I talked to the representative and Diamondback, and took my computer in to be evaluated. I received a call after the evaluation, and was told what was recommended to fix my problems, before anything was done, and I appreciated that very much. I agreed to the recommended programs to be installed, and it was done. I received my computer back, in full working order (better than I expected) and paid less than expected. I thank you, Dotty and Bob, for getting me back on the road again. :) Recommend you to all my friends and acquaintances. You folks ROCK! It's nice to meet people who love what they do and understand the needs of people who need them. TY. Norma.

$450.00 to screw upmy computer

I took my computer in with some problems. The guy (Dave) lost my windows somehow & in trying to fix it lost my microsoft works & some other stuff. When I got the comouter back it was very slow . He had put in windows xp home edition ( I had windows xp professional.). I also had 1 gb of menory when it went in & 412kb after I got it back. We called & they would give me no satisfaction. I paid them $450.00 to mess up the entire thing. The man who works on the computers is almost blind & I don't see how he can do the wok. My advice, don'y go there.

We have no record of any such transaction. We have no record of such a complaint. We have no tech with serious vision problems. This customer is mistaken or just plain making a fabrication. It would be more productive if a name was given instead of a blank complaint.
